"Stone Computers is a system integrator with long experience on the Bulgarian market, it has the highest status of partnership with IBM and is certified to provide high quality services to its own hardware and software products. In addition to integration services, configuration and maintenance of products it offers consulting services and development of IT strategies in long terms.
The office building is Class A with gross floor area of 5000 square meters and is located on "Todor Alexandrov" boul. and "Otets Paisiy" close to the metro station. The project is designed for the "Stone Computers AD" as 11-floors building with two underground levels for garages. The main entrance to the office part, cafeteria, shop and banking from the office are from "Todor Aleksandrov. The second floor is entirely occupied by the negotiation halls, training, demo room and data center. The access to the underground levels of garages is from "Otets Paisiy". Part of the parking space is determined by a system of parking on two levels. The project complies with all modern requirements for energy efficiency and renewable energy sources. It is foreseen that full air conditioning and ventilation of the building - a system "VRV" will be installed. We use solar collectors for hot water heat pumps is highly selective glazing windows stoprey (Stopray Clear Vision). Automated system is designed for building energy management systems - BMS system, facilities for access control and video surveillance, structured wiring, security, disclosure, fire.The external appearance of the building is compatible with the purpose and - office building. On the first ground-floor the windows are single tempered glass. Much of the flat roofs are green and designed for recreation activities.
